So we went to this church and Santa Maria Maggiore for my on site class. The inside of it is amazing as well as the front! They say the heads of Peter and Paul are inside the big thing in the middle, i can't figure out if they mean like their literal heads or not...... it's got massive statues of the twelve apostles lining the center of the church. It's amazing inside overall.
Ok, so i live with people who like shopping... so of course i ended up at a mall! haha but anyway this is the inside of the mall... it was so pretty, so i took pictures. Even the malls in Rome are beautiful!!
The Trevi Fountain! It's basically amazing just like everything else. But you are walking through all this little old residential area and then it's just there!
The statue was called belvidere (i'm sure spelled differently) but that's how they pronounced it and i just thought that was cool. A hallway in the vatican museum, and the last two are pictures inside st. peters.
Ok so this is one of the two fountains in front of St. Peters, The navtivity scene which was still up, larger then i could fit in one picture, rediculously life like, and overall the most amazing one i've ever seen, A picture of the last supper, and a statue of eve... the paintings and statues and stuff are all inside the museum
Things i walk past every day on the way to school. The fountain is in the Piazza D. San Maria en Trestevere... Trestevere is the area of the city i live in and also where the school is located! The river is the Tiber...
The first picture is a cute little courtyard at the school and the other two are out a window of one of the classrooms... just really pretty buildings in the area! :)
The kitchen with some of the roomies... and yes our washing machine is directly next to the stove... interesting i know!
